After many successful years in the Entertainment Industry on both coasts, primarily in the Music & Movie packaged goods sector, I now am focusing my marketing, advertising, and sales skills to work with my wife/Realtor®-partner, Laurie Wood, to find homes for Floridians and new/ would-be full, or, part-time Floridians.I have earned the Military Relocation Specialist (MRP) designation to help our Service Men & Women relocate and/or find new homes within and outside of the GI Bill. I have also studied and earned my Resort & Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS) designation to assist those who are looking for a permanentpart time home in Florida. With two relatively new Spring Training teams in the Palm Beach area, The Houston Astros and Washington Nationals, as well as long time Spring Training residents, from St. Louis Cards, and the Marlins, the Mets in Port St.. Lucie, and now the Chicago Cubs minor league team, The Daytona Beach Tortugas, I hope to provide homes for their home town fans.My GRI (Graduate, REALTOR® Institute) has greatly expanded and fortified my understanding of my new professional path.Laurie has a strong, successful background in design and as a Home Decorator and Personal Shopper. Laurie had double duty at Pottery Barn Kids, as a Design Studio Specialist and Retail Sales Associate. She was voted the top sales/marketing MVP award for the whole East Coast in 3rd quarter of 2019, just before we relocated to Port Orange in Daytona Beach area of Volusia County. Laurie is also, currently, a Sales Consultant for Hudson Furniture in Ormond Beach.
